  1. Just finished cleaning and packing 4# boneless/skinless thighs in 1# bags to freeze so I'll have then ready for our favorite recipes. Cleaning chicken has gotten easier since I was a boy in 1942.

    1. Indeed, that's the way I do it now, too. But you are communicating with a chicken plucker and cutter upper from way back. Mom and I processed and froze 100 chickens per season when I was growing up.
