On 22 October 2017, in The Netherlands, during the season the landscape is flooded with green, ochre, golden and reddish colours. Also because the summer this year was wet and this Autumn is being cold, there are more mushrooms than ever before. This has created a mushroom boom and people, especially from countries where mushroom picking is an annual ritual such as Poland, are taking the opportunity to supplement their diet.
