Using Water Hyacinth as Green Manure

This is a farming system based on the saying "if you have lemons, make lemonade". Lake Victoria, in Africa, has an invasive water hyacinth problem. A group of farmers there are harvesting it and utilizing it as green manure, with impressive yield results so far. From DW. 4-minutes.
