An Organic Farmer Talks About Working to Supply an Oregon Farmers Market

The following video by the folks at "Cooking Up a Story" features Anthony Boutard of Ayers Creek Farm in Oregon. He has been featured on this blog before, and is a friend of this blog in the way of leaving occasional comments. This video deals with the evolution of using their Oregon land (purchased in 1998) and raising a variety of foods to sell at the Hillsdale farmers market. My understanding is that farming evolved into a special interest in corn varieties and uses and that he's working on a book about corn. Anthony, how's that book coming?

Anthony is always a delight to listen to and you will enjoy these two videos.

This next short video shows the variety of produce that Anthony's booth sells at the market.
